SHIPPING

We work hard to ship orders within 1-3 business days forin-stock items. We will notify you of shipments by email with tracking information or in the event of delays. 

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Any packages returned due to incorrect shipping address will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense or refunded minus the shipping cost.

Standard Shipping $5-8 depending on weight

International Shipping $15-18 depending on weight

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All US orders will ship via USPS First Class Parcel Service with tracking information unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that customs fees and the time it takes for your package to clear is determined by your local customs office. The recipient is responsible for any taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information as these requirements differ by country. We take extreme care in properly packaging and labeling your orders to ensure that they comply with local laws. Also note that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs officials.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. We strive to provide stellar customer service, a fair return policy, clear photos, and accurate product descriptions. Your satisfaction is the most important thing and we hope you purchase from Tangerine Lotus again and again. Please don't hesitate to contact us if the product does not match with its description or photos or you're just not happy with it.

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items in selling condition with the original tags attached and packaging within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the return package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be shipped back in original packaging with tracking information in either a padded mailer or box. A 10% restocking fee may apply if item(s) are returned without original packaging.

All returns require authorization before packages should be shipped to us. Please contact us by filling in the form below and wait for confirmation before sending your item(s) back.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banking institution.

Sale items
Worn or broken items
Damaged or lost items

REPAIRS

We do our best to provide high quality, durable pieces, however please contact us in the event any of them should ever break due to craftsmanship. We want to make sure you're 100% thrilled with your purchase and would be happy to send replacement parts or repair the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. Charges may apply if the item breaks after this 30 day period. You are responsible for the shipping costs for all repairs. Normal wear and tear and are not covered by this policy.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package or items arrives damaged please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged item(s). We take care in making sure that all orders are carefully packaged in a box within a padded mailer to prevent damage. We will accept damaged items returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for confirmation before shipping the package back. Once you receive authorization please ship the item(s) in the original packaging inside a padded envelope or box. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and we will ship the item(s) back to after repairs at no cost.
